Cataclysm, a time for Democracy!
Ok, even though Cataclysm is more undemocratic lore-wise, than the previous expansions (with even more tension between the two factions with the new Warchief and all) I still think it’s time for us to actually map how we, the players, actually perceive and interest ourselves in democratic values and norms. Are we as a whole more interested in what goes on around ourselves in both the real world society as well as on the servers? Are we more found of democracy than non-players?

A different healing guide
Note: There are some revisions in this post since the first incarnation based on feedback from people.
Years ago I wrote a healing guide. Indeed it's been long enough that I can't even remember if it was a general healer's guide or a resto druid guide in specific. In this writing I'll attempt to revisit the points I wrote in that guide, apply them to current raiding environment and flesh them out a bit.

World of Warcraft, Democracy and Society
Hello and welcome to my blog WoWdemocracy.
My name is Sebastian but in World of Warcraft I usually go under the nickname Zeotrix, a nickname that I have been using throughout all of my gaming years. In World of Warcraft my main interest have been PvP and arenas and I consider myself a pretty decent pvp-warlock with at least some teams over 2000 rating during season 8, which was the season I started playing arenas.

Blizzcon 2010 Journal
Ilonie:
FIRST DAY: THE JOURNEY
On Wednesday morning I woke up around 6 am and started my day with a cup of coffee. I spent a while making sure I didn’t miss anything - for the fourth time. I traveled to Turku airport an hour before flight, and drank another coffee.

Content on Farm - How to not Get Bored
The time between content patches can be really difficult to some players. Their guilds might suffer from players quitting, taking breaks, having motivational problems, and decreased performance. On the other hand some guilds that progress slower take longer to clear all the content and they can keep on raiding with their normal schedule for months.
