End of the road

We have decided to stop raiding which obviously means we will not be a part of the world first race in Legion. In the end it came between going international, playing with suboptimal Finnish roster or quitting. For a while I was seriously considering going the international route, but in the end decided it was not worth the trouble for me. This question has been looming over our heads for a long time as it has always been a challenge to get a solid Finnish 20-25man roster together and this time there was no 10man option to bail us out.

Going forward I have no idea if we will be playing WoW in any capacity in the future, we will have to see what is the situation when Legion launches. In the meantime you might see some of us in the fields of Overwatch.

I would like to thank everyone who played in progress raids with us and made this all possible.

So long, and thanks for all the fish.

So sad :( This is truly the end of an era. You guys will be missed by the whole community (yes, I'm sure). Even though I'm just a fanboy I've shared many moments of joy and sadness with you just by following the race through the years. Thank you for that! Huge good luck wishes to all of you on your future adventures and I hope to see some of you in the game even after this! Time will tell I guess :) Thanks for the years of entertainment <3

Good bye and thanks for everything you did for WoW and the competitive scene. And special thanks to Seita for leading the guild for so long.

You will be missed.

You'll be missed but not forgotten, you set a mark everyone will look to, you inspired the next! Farewell!

Three things that Paragon changed forever in the raiding scene. And my goodbye: http://xenophics.com/2016/02/26/legacy-of-the-great-king/

You made me tear up a little bit :') Good writing! Have you heard anything about people staying in the game or not? Or are everyone moving on with their lives and doing other stuff?

It comes to an end finally, sad news.

A very sad news, if understandable.

Thank you so much for all those years of making World of Warcraft progress exciting, delighting us with amazing strats, next to perfect execution and fantastic videos. Thank you also for answering questions & discussing on the Paragon Forum, the IRC and Twitch.

I hope to see some of you in Twitch or elsewhere, in Legion or in other games.

Wishing you the very best for your new endeavors,

Sil

this is so fucking sad. u were my favs since wotlk, i was DAMN SURE you are going to own Legion...

thank you for all you did for this game. all the best all paragon members!

YOU ARE THE BEST!

Sad is weak word to describe the situation and my feelings.
But i thing there is something even worse - where were all finnish wow players in the past 6 years? Paragon is fading because of lack of proper players.
Well, they were normal players just like everybody at the begining and something pushed them. So what didn't push the rest of the wow players in Finland like that - did you take Paragon for granted? I mean purely statistically i refuse to accept that the coincidence to happen something like Paragon was only once. And i refuse to accept that nobody of the rest of the wow players in Finland can't be at least as good as anyone in Paragon. To there you have it dear players - be awesome, be good and be as hungry as wolves, and strive to be as good or better than them, and Paragon may rise again. If you need motivation - re-view all the kill videos and achievments.

Awesome kill history, and awesome first kill videos, I'm still watching them every now and then (both on YT and from my HDD) even though I quit wow years ago.
