  • Crushing Myths

Who are the Mythbusters? Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman - between them they have over 30 years of special effects experience. And we also didn’t get them to do an episode. We tried to pool money together for hiring them, but 7,20€ and 400,000 Zimbabwean dollars weren’t enough for the greedy bastards.

  • Fall of the Lich King (Normal Mode)

Wednesday: somewhere around 11pm (GMT +2)

I woke up probably at the same second Arthas died for the first time in 10-man. Some of our members had stayed up and watched various streams from Sindragosa and Arthas to be prepared better for the next day. The best Sindragosa attempt I personally saw was somewhere around 10%.

  • Paragons Assembly Winter 2010 Journal

Now it’s finally time to publish Paragon’s Assembly journal. I’m really sorry it’s already Saturday and Assembly has been over for almost one week already. I defend myself saying that I’ve had the usual Assembly hangover (too little sleep) which has lasted a few days more than the previous years. I’ve mended the hangover by taking a 8 hours long shower reading a thriller (true story – and just so you know I don’t keep the water running much at all, it’s more of a steam shower!). I also spent another day doing basically nothing and sleeping a bit.

  • The Crimson Halls

A bit before I went to sleep last night I was chatting on ventrilo when I heard the news – Blood-Queen Lana’thel was killed. It was kind of sad (but expected) as I had high hopes for the boss and the whole wing. It turned out to be as easy as I feared. It’s a bit disappointing as I liked both of the fights really much on the PTR, Blood Princes being my favorite so far. Maybe there will be more blood flowing around and young Draculas in hard modes.

    Second article! Wheeeee!

Happy new year everyone! Or well, it might not exactly brand new anymore at the time you read this, but it's not more than only a little bit used. Plus technically it's still new year the whole year 'round, even if you happen to read this later on. And at the end of the year, it's just damn spot on.
