EDIT: There have been some rumors floating around how we ignored Infest by canceling and rebuffing hp buffs. This, and rumors of other exploits, are simply false, as you'll be able to see from the upcoming video.
The Lich King is now dead in 25-man. Getting the kill took us more than 170 tries, and today we were left with 20/35 tries.
Lightning's Blade

We have now killed The Lich King on hard mode in 10-man Icecrown Citadel. Good job everyone who were on the kill and to all those who participated on the endless strategy discussion.
The encounter had a bug in the spirit phase, which we reported two weeks ago, but the bug didn't get fixed until today. The bug made the encounter somewhat harder. We had already worked our way around the spirit problem on last week's reset, so the kill was definitely within our grasp even without any extra attempts or buffs.
Good news everyone: Our Professor Putricide 25-man hard mode video has been released.

Bad news everyone - we are out of tries this week. We still had a chance to see Arthas in his true form...
We have just killed Professor Putricide on heroic mode and are now set to face Arthas. We have 14 tries this week to figure out the tactics and execute them perfect. Wish us luck!

A few hours earlier we killed Sindragosa on heroic mode. Now there is only Professor Putricide standing between us and the final boss of the expansion. We are hoping to kill Putricide this week to get the first glimpse on 25-man heroic mode Lich King.
