Got a new poll: male/female raider ratios

I've got a new poll up about the male/female raider ratio. From personal experience, interviews and informal observation I would say that I've seen anything from 0% to no more than 20% of raiders in a raid group being female. But that's not a firm figure at all. Can you let me know what you guys have in your current raid groups? I'm looking for the average numbers, so try and think of how many of your 10-/25-man raid group (on average) are female raiders (and actually raiding). Oh and I'm not talking about female characters (I know quite a few of you guys prefer the look of a female character), I'm talking about female players who raid. :)
