Hi! My guild just started to progress on Conclave of wind 25man HC. We encountered a major problem with the adds, and i wonder if you guys have any tip of how to handel them.

Just AoE them.
Just make sure the tank doesn't get gibbed when tanking the adds. Get a timer for the Toxic Spores and stun them just as it would activate. Ta da, no Toxic Spores. There's also other ways to handle it, though, such as with a DK tank.
Main point being, just AoE. You win so much time doing so. I'm not sure how much DPS your raid puts out, but it might be incredibly important unless you're fully decked in epics and 372s already.

Can you help me understand why a stun prevents them from activating Toxic Spores entirely? If it's an ability used on cooldown, wouldn't they just activate it as soon as the stun wears off? Or is it more like an ability used every X seconds, and if the adds are stunned or otherwise CCed when second X elapses, then they miss their opportunity to use the ability and won't try again for another X seconds.
I think you mean the latter, but I'm having a hard time understanding, because I can't think of any other ability in the game that works that way.
I just want to be sure that something like a Shadowfury will solve the problem entirely. My guild's had a hard time with the encounter, although we managed to kill both Rohash and Anshal simultaneously, only to wipe with Nezir at 23%. (We've been kiting the adds.)

Yes, Shadowfury will solve it entirely. There's diminishing returns on the stuns though, so you have to be absolutely spot-on with it.
The mechanic is 1:1 to the Shadow Spike thingie on Anub'Rekhan. If the monster cannot cast its spell at a certain point in time, it will not try to cast it again until the next predetermined time. I'm not sure of the exact times, but they only try to cast twice per Nurture. Even if they're left alive, they won't try to cast again until another Nurture is cast.
I'd recommend getting a long stun on the second wave (warrior tank), or have a DK tank and have him hit AMS just as the buff shows up on the adds. Glyphed AMS lasts longer than Toxic Spores.
