Warrior race in cata (PvE/PvP)

Hello :) I started playing a warrior as an alt charachter in Wotlk but for some reason, it's still at lvl 59 ... but I've realised, once I took him back from the rested zone, that it's actual race (undead) is almost useless for PvE. So I'm thinking to a race change, looking mainly to PvE (but also PvP), and I'm considering Orc and Troll ... or maybe Tauren (no bloodelf or goblin pls). Can someone give me an advice ?

A goblin would be best now because of the 1% haste racial. If you don't like short people, orcs are also good.

Orc would be the best race for warriors. Haste is our 2nd worst stat (next to mastery).

The racial is a 1k or so attack power buff.
And orcs get Axe Specialization which +3 to expertise with axes, saving you 90 stats if used correctly.

Goblins get Rocket Jump which can help in PvP because it gives you more mobility. Orcs have a -15% stun duration (or is it 25) which is great in PvP.
Goblins are cool though it's really up to you.
