Expertise situation

I have heard from a few people that when ur attacks are dodged and parried the boss then gains an attack or an attack speed boost?? just wondering if this is true and if true therefore should we reforge a bit into expertise to reduce damage taken on boss..

I think they removed parry hasting from bosses quite a while ago. Dodges never mattered. Expertise isn't valued very high currently for assassination in theorycrafting, but there are a couple of bosses that require excessive amounts of hitting from the front so it's probably a bit underestimated. However, it's probably not optimal to reforge more expertise in place of mastery or hit.

Thanks very much for ur response :) yeh i havent reforge into expertise but fights like maloriak and Baradins Hold can get abit painful with so many parries and dodges.
