Question for Lazeil, Enchant Weapon - Windwalk

I noticed Lazeil uses the Windwalk weapon enchant, as well as pursuit of justice.

Do the effects stack? Or is it used just for the dodge bonus?

Also, whats the uptime of Windwalk like?

the uptime for windwalk is actually pretty high there is no Internal CD .. i have had the windwalk buff proc 4 times in a row and just ends up refreshing the buff over and over again.

I've had the buff stack with my Throngus FInger trinket equip chance buff. Even though the tooltip for PoJ says it wont stack with any other movement speed increasing effects, ive noticed myself running significantly faster when Windwalk does proc but this can all be wishful thinking and my mind playing tricks on me.
