Did the math, Jar of Ancient Remedies comes out to be about 1000 mana more, yet http://bis.vilepickle.com/index.php suggests other wise. Any insite on this? Other conclusions?( this is based on a GCD of 1 sec)

Atm i use both Core and Jar...theorically Jar gives us more mana regen than all other trinkets but no gives intellect....Valor's Trinket is usefull because it's on use so you can keep it for best situations.
! ---> Jar has nice tricks hide:
1) It procs 5 stacks with a LoD that hit 5 target (stack=number of targets hit)
2) Bop yourself or shield yourself, remove the debuff that make you unable to trigger more stacks
By the way i think normal modes trinkets Bis are Core,Jar and Fall of Mortality, but imho NOW i prefear a "use" trinket than proc trinkets.

The only thing is i didnt take into account buffs, because raid comp is not always ideal, in terms of certain cds that are provided, would this change it up alot?

Core of Ripeness is currently better on live because of how good mana tide is, and if you're rolling with double spirit on use trinkets you can get up to ~ 25k+ mp5 during tide which is huge. After patch 4.0.6 Jar will be better.
