Of course we'd rather have encounters that didn't favor certain classes too much.

As a one-time, easy to accomplish thing, extreme class stacking was quite funny. Raid stacking like this won't become the norm anyway, unless encounters are really flawed in the future. We're still at a point in the expansion where optimizing the raid is rather easy, because gearing only takes a short while. It wouldn't have made much sense to put in the effort to gear 11 warlocks at LK for example, and I certainly would have been extremely disappointed had that been required.

With consolidated buffs making raid composition requirements looser, we'll have to get used to the standard "normal" stacking extending to 4-5 guys though. Frankly I personally did prefer the old buff system which forced at least somewhat balanced raid setups, even though the new one opens new strategic options.

The encounters are sufficiently hard even with stacking, so killing them still feels like an accomplishment. I'd only be worried if other guilds killed them with a balanced setup before us.

An important thing to note is that by being at the forefront in end-game progression you are invariably facing content that is designed to be tackled with significantly better gear. I think I speak for a lot of guilds in that we won't be attempting Heroic Nefarian for a number of weeks yet (imagine all the nice upgrades we'll rake up by then).

By changing their raid composition to something more suitable for the encounter it arguably accounts for the gear disadvantage. It definitely doesn't negate it.

Again, congratulations on the kill and showing the rest of the WoW community how important it is to think outside the box!

Grats to you guys, Haters gonna hate.

also Arx those articles you posted blew me away. The fact is you got the kill, dragon dead. That is all that matters at the end of the day.

I think it is time to worry then; a guild gets the first kill without stacking think its enough to show you guys that it is not needed. And please do not come up with stuff like "you cant compare bosses etc" i know they are not the same but every encounter favors a certain class/classes and it is your choice to stack.

Looking forward for your Killshot this time 11 pallies?

You can't compare bosses.

I find it pretty hilarious that you're posting here non-stop, just trying your absolute best to insult, troll and flame but still end up failing.

Like I said, haters gonna hate. This troll just doesn't seem to know enough about WoW or how class stacking works...

I mean Really? Do you have any PLEASURE while playing you 3rd alt in a raid? OR do you get any satisfaction from a kill where you could achieve not because of your player quality but player/class/alt quantity ?

it is only PARAGON that uses stacking in such an extreme state. What i would have expected from raiders like you who are at the frontier of this gaming society is maybe take the challenge and actually kill this boss by your players ability not your classes.
[...]
You are defining 'being best in this game" as ability of leveling most alts and spending shit loads of time gearing them up not actually progressing.
[...]
but really your achievements doesnt feel like world first Cthun or world first Illidan neither world first LK with 5 percent buff only and you know the reason.

good luck on your future superstacking endeavours

Because of the following link i am editing this post and hence removing my question since i read an honest and well structured answer from Hermanni. So me posting here was actually stupid but sorry i did not see that post. However the "p.s" part i am leaving because it is what happened actually. again good luck to paragon on Sinestra and Al'akir.

p.s Not every negative comment about Paragon is trolling or dissing or hate. They are not gods so stop blindly sticking your nose in their ass. I congratz them on every news post they have nearly and follow them but people should learn to be able to criticize even if they are fans. You have a site here and that is because you want to share your achievements with a certain community. Now if you dont want to see any negative comments here then please add a condition like "I agree on the fact that i will never post something bad about Paragon" on your "sign up" rules. I have never disrespected in any of my comments to neither Paragon as a guild or any particular individuals. But i get flamed because i try to question some stuff. Really nice approach really. If Paragon doesnt care about the view of the community why do you have a site? why your sharing your kills? just play the game then and cheer in guildchat.
