I've been looking a bit on different sites but couldn't found ep values for trinkets on EJ, manaflask, or even your site.

Do you know if someone did it, and if it is not the case, how is it possible ti do it? using any spreadsheet i guess?

Just as a sidenote, the sheet/femaledwarf seemed to give somewhat suspicious values at least for stat weights last I tried, so take any results with a grain of salt.

Note that it's not possible to calculate "ep value" for any item, since the scaling factors are not constant but change with your other gear.
