boomkin mushroom aoe

hi xephros im long term boomkin and dont really hav problems on knowing the class or gemmin etc just one question regarding cataclysm and the mushrooms, now ive tryed them in aoe packs and seems by the time i set 3 up there just not worth the damage have u got any tips for it?

You can always set them beforehand if and when you know where the mobs are going to be aoe'd. They last 5 minutes on the ground, so you will have plenty of time to detonate them. In most cases this really helps. Also try having solar eclipse up for every aoe phase in a fight. Really makes a diffrence since the mushrooms deal nature damage.
