Hi Kruf and Devai, first of all thanks for answering our questions.
I have seen some pages for info, but i don't find anywhere the cap of hit, haste and mastery.
I assume that better stast are agility and critical strike then.
And one question about rotation, when i have to use arcane shot, because i don't find any time to cast in more than one time between explosives and cobra shot and not all times.
Can help please?

I have seen some pages for info, but i don't find anywhere the cap of hit, haste and mastery.

Hit caps at 8%, which is about 964 rating or so (could be off by a few, can't remember the exact number).
Haste caps when your Cobra Shot starts clipping GCD, which happens at about 7000 rating according to my quick math.
There is no cap for mastery for SV I believe. For MM it caps when you have 100% chance of proccing the extra attack. You cannot get enough of the rating to be even near so don't worry about it.

Agility is clearly the best stat, the priority of the secondary stats is somewhat unclear and varies depending on how much you already have and such.

When all of these are true (assuming you're SV):

1. You are in risk of overflowing focus (more than 80 is reasonably good estimate)
2. The target is below 80% hp
3. Explosive Shot is not ready
4. Black Arrow is not ready

And yes i use SV spec.
Use arcane shot even i can't have enough focus for the explosive shot when cooldown is about to expire?
Another question you think that is better to gem items with full agility gems ignoring the bonus?
I put agility gems in red sockets and agility+mastery in yellow but in blue i think that agility+stamina is a little bad option.
By the way thanks for your comments my dps have take a very good improve going for 8k to almost 11k in boss dummy.
