Thoughts about druid tanking 4.01

What is your personal opinion how druid tanking has changed in new patch?

Personally I really liked it, although I played only few hours with new bear I found it is much more versatile and you have more buttons and cd abilities that you need to keep up with.

I don't know how good druids are now compared to other tanks now... but
aoe threat seems bit weak atm since we only got Swipe with cd, demo roar and maul tabbing as tools, but we're getting Trash at cata.
It's just good to see druid aoe isn't just spamming few buttons.
E: I just played bit more and found out I actually do really high aoe threat too.. so even better


What comes to survivability/mitigation/avoidance changes, those I don't know yet, at least how good are we compared to other tanks.

It's great that we can now get same stamina (even more!) from +agi rings, necks etc. so finally we can change +str tanking stuff to more beneficial +agi stuff.

Overall the changes gets thumbs up from me.

I still got problem with AoE tanking :S
How is your "rotation" for AoE tanking?

The nerf are going to hit us very badly or is it just me? 14% less HP and the Savage Defence reduced from 65% to 35%.
Im not on beta so i wont be able to test it, so if anyone who plays on beta can tell how its going to be it would be awesome.

personally i'm kinda worried about them, while the SD nerfs were justified, i just can't believe how hard they hit our health pool...it was our staple characteristic. from my view the change was made to scale vengeance against us a bit more. i have to admit 30k mangles on H LK were nice, but a bit OP. Only time will tell though, and as usual feral tanks will just have to be better than other classes.

Hey and if you can't hack it then go DPS or resto for a bit. I know ill be relying on my skills to carry me. Just gotta beat the mechanics and logistics.
