Any news on the Live Raid article?
Sorry Synti, I'm just really looking forward to read your thoughts on those encounters and how you guys quickly defined those strategies.
I guess I'm really curious about how the raid roles and class roles affect Paragon's decision making in terms of strategy making since perception in an encounter is kind of different between every role (tanking, off-tanking, healing, dps and whatever other secondary role the encounter requires).
I know zyn(Synti) and lazeil have great insights about aspects of the encounters, but they have a different position within Paragon (right?) and perhaps that affects how decision is made and what approach is taken (perhaps that even isn't the case for Paragon, but certainly is for some guilds).
I may be talking serious nonsense here, but please, correct me if thats the case. ;)

I've had the actual text ready for quite some time now, it's just lacking pictures. I can't make any that are any decent, nor do I really have the time for it right now - pre-Cata business. Reading a wall of text isn't cool either.
Our process for making strategical changes for any single encounter is pretty damn horrible overall.

I understand, sorry if sounded like pressure or anything, that was not my intention. But if you think that Cata is coming out and you feel there won't be time to finish it (as obviously it shouldn't be a priority for any of you guys) I really wouldn't mind reading a wall of text with no pictures.

If that was true you wouldn't even be among the top rated guilds, perhaps it is just not like you'd like it to be (and that urge to improve things is what moves a top guild, I guess). Still, it must be awesome times making those strategical decisions.
Btw (and off-topic), I really love how some of the encounters on Beta look really impossible to beat right now and how close the Cataclysm launch is. Also, I can't even imagine the amount of grinding the guilds will do before actually raiding since guild perks will probably add some advantages on raiding.
