Required gear for lk hm 0% buff before 4.0.1

Hi paragon's members, i just wanna know if lk hm 0% buff is killable without 284 gear (except shadowmourne off course), so the full 277gear are suffisant or not?

There are only 26 item level 284 items in the game. Most people will probably only have a maximum of four 284 items, so 277 must be sufficiant. The differences also won't be that huge that the few 284 items a character can have will make an enourmus difference.

The 284 gear made very little difference. The dps requirement wasn't THAT tight in nearly full 277; most wipes were caused by tank (near-)instagibs. And bad playing.

I can't comment how easy or hard it would be now after 4.0 since everything is different. But "back then" definitely killable without any 284.

It would likely have been doable in the gear we had on the first 5% kill, with a little luck and lots of practice. No idea what's required as of now - I'd guess the biggest problem would be tanks getting instagibbed?
