My Finnish is kinda limited to "Ei saa peittää", so could some nice person make a short transcript what the interview is about?

The transcript is of the longer clip
Interviewer: The Finnish Paragon team can be considered to be the wolrd champoion in this (World of Warcraft) game. What has it required from your team to get to the point it is in at the moment?
Arx: We have a lot of good players and we have a good team spirit. Particulary the team spirit has helped us to get us here, but of course we need those talented players.
Interviewer: When the expansion comes and the games for the new world champion begins, how long does this phase take of your life?
Arx: The first week is pretty much sitting at our computers. After that we play every evening to get the bosses down.
Interviewer: How many hours per day are we talking about?
xenophics: In the beginning it can around 16 hours but when there isn't that much to play 2 hours per week is enough to get the job done.
Interviewer: Now that you are defending the championship who are the biggest challengers?
Arx: Well, we have this German team called For the Horde who is pretty strong, and then this international team called Ensidia and this Premonition team from US. I'd say those are the names who we think will surely be tough, but you always have to account for someone surprising, and those are the most dangerous ones.
Interviewer: How hard is it to win again?
xenophics: Of course there is the pressure and everyone has to play all out and... prepare for it psychologically. The current underdogs can get ahead any time, and you gotta prepare for that and think everything through with yourself; so that if you don't win you don't get too devastated by it.
Interviewer: What does the hobby cost?
Arx: Well, the game costs 13 euros per month and of course you need to have the game which you only need to pay for once. In addition there is the internet connection and the computer so I don't think it's that expesive after all.
