Hi all at paragon,
For all bosses that use the mechanic where the two MTs taunt off each other at defined times we require taunt to be sucessful 99% of the time.
Enter patch 4.0.1 no growl glyph. Do we need more hit rating? and if so how much?
if we don't why not?
