serpent sting and procs

hey guys its me again, i'm finally getting a chance to play mm in raids haha. kinda suck in it but i'm trying to improve my familiarisation by running thru more heroics and reading up more stuffs but theres still a qn bothering me.

serpent sting is one major factor in mm dps, and the amount of procs we have at the moment while we apply the sting will majorly affect our entire fight's chimara shot damage, but what i notice for myself is that i will start off with sting every fight(macroed with a silencing shot), is that what i should be doing? or should i start off with aimed shot to trigger off all my procs before doing a sting? thanks for the help in advance :)

You should always start fights with serpent sting, unless what you're attacking will die too quickly. Also, the only two procs that affect serpent sting throughout the fight are crit modifiers(only with t9 2pc), t10 2pc and Culling the Herd.

I hope silencing shot isn't ONLY macrod into serpent sting.

hm nope its macroed to all shots except chimera coz i'm getting some bugs with it. thanks for the help!
