@ Wkd: Yes, I think he tried maxing his dps on sindragosa, why wouldn't he? If noone in the raid did the boss would probably not have been killed. Maxing dps is ofc, in a way, a trade off from staying alive, but I think, seeing Kripp is pretty damn good at playing hunter, he'd be able to max his dps to a pretty big extent without dying.

The way I understand you, you say that haste CDs should be used seperately (please correct me if I'm wrong). Then how come Kripp, in his "how to dps" vid, states that he uses both berserking and RF together?

Forgive me if my grammar isn't that great, English isn't my native language.

OK man I really don't care about you or Kripparrian, and personally I do stack haste cooldowns because it's easier to bind them all to one button and the ~5 dps loss really doesn't bother me, but if you want proof that using haste cooldowns separately is better, use the spreadsheet and manually set when potion/cds are used. Haste only really affects our auto-shots since steady shot cast time is usually < GCD with improved aspect of the hawk, which has a pretty good uptime, and we gain more auto-shots from a prolonged period of slightly higher haste than we do from a short period of much higher haste.

Let's try to stay civil here. Please remember that neither me nor Kripparrian is by any means some kind of un-erring robot from another universe, so whatever we do may not actually always be the best thing.

The choice between Potion of Speed and Wild Magic is complicated a lot by the rather weird haste scaling hunters have; if you have zero haste, 500 haste rating is probably better than 200 crit rating, but if you already have enough haste for your Steady Shots to hit GCD, 200 crit rating becomes clearly the better choice.

This is again, however, made even more complex by the fact that if you have very good gear you're very close to 100% crit chance on some abilities, especially when you have any agi or crit proc up, so some of the crit from Wild Magic might be wasted.

What this comes down to is that if you do stack, it would seem prudent to stack Wild Magic, as you're likely to gain more from it. As to which is better, stacking or not, I still haven't seen any real math done on it so I don't know for sure.
