Gemming question

Greetings,

WHU says wait for 800 passive ArP.

Spreadsheet says gogo for ArP.

Everyone else says gogo for ArP.

But what do you pros say?

Armor Penetration or Agility?

Other suggestions (nice upgrades, glyphs, talents, anything that can improve my dps :D).

I actually do some good DPS, but I want to do it even better.

If the spreadsheet says there's a noticeable difference with the buffs and debuffs you're likely to have in your raids, gem for arpen. But do note that if you had "all possible raid buffs and debuffs" selected in the sheet, but your rogues and warriors refuse to put up that Sunder/Expose, and your Ferals have all quit the game, and your Paladins refuse to bless you, the results might not be quite correct.

Generally I think the rough (very rough, just a guess) guideline I've used to give is that if you can reach 1000 total arpen with full arpen gems and have at least 264 ranged weapon, go for it.

You didn't post armory link so it's a bit hard to give any suggestions.

Sorry, stupid me, forgot the armory.


I've been experimenting for a bit, not too much success, just pretend that it's full Agility gems right now. :)
