Does mind spike and Mind Blast change Icecrown Citadel ( Mind Flay faceroll ) rotation ? And if yes how much change it priority ?

I have a question regarding elemental shamans. Now that they will also get a spell-power buff that scale with the amount of spell-power they have (10%), do you think they will be a more likely part of a "BiS" raid settup than they are now?

How come the numbers on Kruf's recount are very low. You guys do very low dps because the mobs in the cataclysm instances have very high amounts of armor? Is that it?
