I have been on this forum for a while and have been watching other DKs dps along with Paragon's to see if I was up to par. It seems like I am a bit under, for my usual dps on a ICC 10 boss is 10-12k roughly. I rarely raid 25 man, but is that still decent for 10 man? I have been trying to figure out whether or not its my gear or just my rotation. I have no logs of my dps, but heres my armory.

I hope that you can help.
Sincerely,

So in other words you also have the +5% melee crit, +3% spell hit, expose armor etc etc as well. Only thing you're missing is +10% AP. Significant, yes, but nothing you can't play without.
After checking your armory, there's something pretty horrible going on. You don't even have Unbreakable Armor in your spec. Why you wouldn't have it is beyond me as it's one of the best 1-point talents out there. Another thing is the lack of any useful professions and the lack of proper enchants. Your gemming makes very little sense as well - for example you're passing up +8 str on your legs, which you could get by simply swapping one red gem to an orange.
What you really need to do is just go ahead and read some sort of basic guide that covers most of the stuff like that. After you understand what you _should_ be doing and _why_ you can start the fine-tuning. Before that it just seems a bit useless.

Assuming they actually keep their debuffs up. Wouldn't be so certain about Expose Armor at least...

So true lol is very rare (for me at least) to see a rogue using expose armor normally when there is no warriors for sunders.

I may be wrong but if there's no other armor debuff in a 10-men, the rogue has to expose armor. A personnal loss is always better than a raid one, isn't it?

I think I remember our rogues saying it's personal win too over not having armor debuff at all, but it still doesn't mean people would use it. Just check the logs of some random guilds...
