Latency Fix

My WoW latency is terrible and i hate it does anyone know how to fix it please :(

You might want to post more info. Where you live, what server(s) do you play on etc etc.

USA american server, blackhand server to be exact, play on a laptop, fios wifi connection

Do you share the connection with anyone? Do you have any other applications running besides WoW that might leech a lot of bandwitdh? What speed does the internet connection to your place have (or should have)?

The realm you play sits in the Chicago datacenter. Is that a convenient distance from you or are you located totally elsehwere in the US?

yea there are 2 or 3 other things on usually that use the same wireless connection, usually just vent, not sure the internet connection speed, its about 620 miles away,

I can't find any list for that but the German servers are obviously hosted at the same locations as the English / French / Spanish realms I would guess. Geographically the German ones might be hosted mainly in their German data centers in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Hamburg BUT that's just a guess of course. Could also be Paris or Stockholm.
