What would be better between the Heroic Spyglass and the normal Phylactery of the nameless lich? I am using DFO atm along with the heroic spyglass, but am replacing the DFO with the halion trinket.

Also i know i am way over hit cap but i am replacing cloak with halion cloak, and offhand with Council offhand. so il be around hit cap again.

Edit: Am also replacing chest with T10, just missing 10 emblems:)
