How can i top my dps?

I killed Lich king in 25normal not long time ago and i amtrying hard modes now. We killed 8 bosses in 2 weeks and tryed Proffesor this day. We deal too few dps, i think 10k is VERY VERY small dps for my gear. I have 14k on Festergut now. There are logs on my armory and logs(My name is Хампик):

(I know i can use Army of dead before pull)
(In armory i have ungemmed gloves because i bought it 2 hours ago after pulls on proffesor)

The DPS you do in that fight is entirely dependant on how the other people in your raid do. Taking a brief look at that, it's honestly not pretty at all. That's my first impression anyway. I don't want to browse WoL logs thoroughly with a microscope; I much prefer WMO for everything.

You should just really focus on people not even doing damage to PP. Simply idling and dodging the goo/gas, handling the slimes without screwing up. Just take it to P2 and don't do any damage. Keep doing it for some tries, hopefully hitting enrage before anyone screws up. After that goes _damn smooth_, push it further. Should make it easier to learn.

You can easily save your AoTD for a bad green slime - the ghouls from Army reduce the blast damage as well, as long as you remember to pet attack it. Or use it twice during the fight.


It's slighly based on assumptions, but it looked like your raid has some survivability issues. Just focus working on those and then worry about DPS. Also have everyone really go all out on the slimes DPS-wise - that's extremely important on the first kills.

hmmmm okay thx you much but what about dps on static bosses? Is 14k fine dps for my gear on Festergut on example. I linked my armory in first post. I use all of my cds(AoTD, AMS).

And some questions about items.
Should i get Scourge Reaver's Legplates and Winding Sheet. Will it increase my dps?(I will drop some arp, but anyway i will get much haste).
I use AOTD before pull IT PS BS SS BS Empower Gargoyle SS SS BS BS DC DC HoW IT PS BS BS SS DC Tap BS. I know it is not like in guides but i do 20k on start and i have my cds for the end of battle if something goes wrong. And i do all my cds because of Deathbringer's Will and first hastepot. If there is proc on crit i dont burst at start and wait for BloodLust to do all my cds.

Do you really have to even ask if those two items are going to give you a DPS upgrade? They're a full tier higher in ilvl. Not to mention your cloak sports expertise and you're past the soft cap - of course it'll be better.

14k DPS doesn't tell me much. It all has to do so much with how fast the bosses die. Even we have variations of 2-4k DPS in fights every week, as we never wait for Bloodlust debuff to cool off. Compare yourself to similar kills on WoL/WMO and it'll give you much better picture, instead of me spending half an hour to browse them for you.


On your rotation .. well, if you're not going to follow some sort of guide, feel free to use your own if you think you're getting the same or superior performance. I don't feel like it was a question anyway
