I have seen some rogues having both trinkets speccing into eviscerate spam spec rather than rupture specs. Having both trinkets and being at 99% arm pen, would going this spec be the best route? Seeking your opinion, although I will probably be 3rd to get the RS trinket, I am trying to see what I can expect to spec. I know rupture has higher single target with full 5CP duration, just wanted to see if evis would outweigh in such a high arm pen scenario. Thanks for the input, appreciate the help!

According to the sheet eviscerate is never better than rupture, unless you get lucky with like 80%+ crits for everything. It even suggests you use low rupture with evi spec if you don't have the evisc glyph. People have also been having 100% arp for ages now, so your situation isn't really new. I'd probably just stick with rupture unless I'd want to test my luck with crits.
