3. Best rotation is honestly no rotation, imo atleast. What I mean by that is that its better to have a priority system to follow instead of a set rotation. In most cases what you will end up doing is the same, using a rotation compared to a priority system, but being able to use your runes best according to each situations is far better. To give a example. Lets say you want to disease the green ooze on putricide fast, in that case a rotation will not tell you to do a pestilence, but if your just following a priority, you will be able to make that snap decision on your own. Hope it all make sense.

First of all, thats kinda impossible to say since you need to have a number of information first, including how good you are, what kind of gear you run in and how your raid setup is.
You play with your mouth? dont know how to help you with playing differently, but thats sounds like quite a feat.
