Priest proffesion issue

What are the best professions for priest?
Zhinn using engineering - tailoring
jhazrun bs?! - jc
Xeno enc - tailor

i was using jewelcrafting and enchanting
Now i have Jc-Eng

Jc gems nd finger enc are nice but...
Engineering
hyper acc: seems good for shadow priest
nitro boots: Discipline priest has no ms skill . i think this boots very usefull in combats for discipline. for ex lk defile s i sindi Icy Grip.
Tailoring:
Restore mana enc + toc trinkets = no mana problem :)
Dps enc nice too

I always play shadow on our raids so I'm not gonna comment on healer priest's best professions. For shadow's best professions go to www.shadowpriest.com

In my opinion Engineering is by far the best profession for everyone (maybe excluding tanks) due to rocket boots. Second profession for priests comes down to your personal preference since the bonuses you get are quite similar (bs/jc/enchanting/lw/inscription and what not). Tailoring is a bit different but in the end, only engineering is far superior to others (imho).
