Some addvices for my UI?

I would like to hear if you have some advices for my UI, its completly selfbuild.

(yes there is a BossMod installed, its not vis atm)

I'd say screw the word "advice" And replace it with "What do ya think"

As it all goes down to personal preferences :P

Thanks for answers so far, what Iam looking forward to improve is my Unitframe. I've seen some real good stuff here, but I'd lie if I'd say I would understand how to do that with Pitbull ;)
