Seita (or Xodan), I was just wondering what controls you use for your abilities? I'm going through a "changing" keybinds phase and was just wondering :)

Hello,

My girlfriend is Feral Tank and need advice :)
This is her Armory.
She is looking for upgrades, but still want to be hit capped. Changing head (for T10) is taking her to about 6,31% hit. Is hit cap really important to be 8% as Sejta got 6,65%?
At the moment we are not running guild 25mans so there is only chance in pug to get something from ICC25.

Thank You in advance :)

Its usually hard to get hit cap as tank (unless your forcing it), but having hit at cap for tank is not that important after all. Ofc you dont want to go too low with hit but having 6,31% is pretty much fine and worth of T10 head piece. Only thing that you want to look after is your taunt. But thats easly fixed with glyph (which she already uses anyway).

Hello Paragon!

I currently play a feral druid and with all the ICC buffs, I feel like I still am not doing enough DPS. Also the guild I'm in recruited another feral druid so my raid spot isn't so certain now. I was wondering if you guys could take a look at some stuff and give me some of your pro advice

My armory:

Thanks,

x < 400 -> Agility is the best stat, gem for it
400 < x < 722 -> ArPen is the best stat, gem for it
722 < x -> Agility is the best stat, gem for it

Quote from EJ-forum, if you have equipped the scorpion. It is far better than gem ArP while like 300 ArP is useless during the procc is up. And also you are way over the Expertisecap, try to get another ring instead of "Seal of many Mouths"...

Sort of a question for Sejta more than anyone else, but anyone else who can provide an answer would be awesome.

In sejta's current feral build improved mangle is taken, and i was wondering the reason behind this because you only need to keep mangle up every minute as a bear and the reduced cooldown doesn't seem that useful. Or am I completely missing something here?

Umm, you know that Mangle generates a huge amount of threat and that you use it on cooldown as a feral tank?

well that answers my question, I leveled this druid for tanking once our old bear quit the game and he left me under the impression that mangle was only used to keep the debuff up and nothing else because the threat modifiers on swipe made swipe a better use of a gcd. I sort of feel like an idiot now, but now I can improve my tps even more thanks.

For me its ussualy:

Open with FF
Once in range Mangle, Demo, Lacerate, FF, Mangle, Lacerate, Lacerate, FF, Mangle, Lacerate, Lacerate, FF, Mangle, Swipe, Swipe.

Simple ways: Always use Mangle and FF for threat, lacerate 5x helps allot aswell, dont forget the demo roar. And as a filler i use swipe.

Im using maul in every macro, and have alt modifiers when I do NOT want to use maul in the macro. Why? Some fights do not require AOE (Deathbringer) during adds.

Im having barkskin up at all time, but if I know I need it lateron in the fight, I might save it sometimes.

Anyway feral bear isnt my mainspec but thats waht I tend to do with it.

Most of the times you rather have [Glyph of Growl] instead of [Glyph of Maul], with [Glyph of Survival Instict] and [Glyph of Frenzied Regeneration]. In most of the fights the tank rotating is pretty crucial and you can't have RNG on the way the fuck up things in case your taunt misses. And the only real fight where [Glyph of Maul] is useful (in my opinion) is Lady Deathwhisper and Valithria Dreamwalker due to the different tempo those fights have and the job the tanks have (had) to pull out due to the strict DPS requirements they brought forward, although this isn't true with 30% anymore nor for any good tank who knew how to manage their threat in the first place but anyhow, [Growl] > [Maul]
