Frost DK question

Hi
I have one quick question to your frost DKs because I saw they both use Deathbringer's Will. How do you guys deal with off-hand bug ? Because I see that special attacks are working from both hands but white dmg is still only from main hand. Should I use this trinket anyway and don't care about it or should i spam some macro or sth ?

I thought it was just a model bug? Otherwise just a /equip macro I s'pose

I checked 1 more time and thats really only graphical bug.
