Haste Makes Me Confused - Boomkin

I have a question for Lappe.... atm i have 530 haste with 2/3 in CF and in a raid with shammy i have exactly 1 sec cast on wrath and 2 sec cast on starfire. My Question is i noticed you have 879 haste with 3/3 in CF so which probably that makes your wraths at 0.8 sec estimated is there a reason for this or not. How i believe you have that much haste and correct me if i'm wrong is that you spam more starfires then wraths and you only use wraths to proc eclipse am i right or wrong im really puzzled :S.

Still don't get it i read everything in there i just want to know get more haste or no ^^

basically you get hit caped then stack haste till 410 (or 598 with no elemental shaman) then stack crit till your crit cap then you stack spell power after your crit capped haste is more dps then crit past that point spell power will always give you the most damage after crit cap point lappe pointed to the article because it isnt to hard an a little reading never hurts
