I have a few questions for you Paragon.

My question is did you guys have attendance problems when Paragon was new?

My second question is do you still do?

My third question, do you constantly replace members or do you have a solid roster of 25-30 people who show up 95% of the time.

My last question. Do you guys feel lucky having a full raid team that is dependable most of the time? I find it difficult to find 24 other people who are willing to show up and try their best by improving their own game play.

Most people are 100% attendance
Im also 100% sure they think they are lucky to have the amazing players they have keep 100%

Id guess that they had 20+ on standby when they were progressing through ICC 25HMs.

hey Almin

I'm sorry it took us kind of long to answer your questions but I'll do it now anyway.

I'm not sure if we had attendance problems when the guild was created as I joined about 6 months later together with other old Underground Kosmonavts. At that point we didn't have problems - of course there were some people missing now and then but we got the raids going easily.

As you can see from Tuuttiz's link not everybody has 100% attendance but with a roster of 32 raiders people are able to skip raids and it doesn't have a huge impact. The only thing we really need each week is our two main tanks who both have rock solid 100% attendance.

As for our roster I'd say we recruit really slow and kick people out rarely. Most of our members have played together for years already and are not planning on quitting all of a sudden. We definitely feel happy about having such a great bunch of people in the same guild.

Phansiku please don't answer these kind of questions like you know the answer for a fact as you obviously don't have the information we have :/

Sry for bumbing up old topic. Just wanted to ask what addon/program u use to track that dkp / attendance? Tuuttiz posted link few post up and got intrested that one. Ofc other addons could do aswell.
