Threat shouldn't matter at all if you have a rogue/hunter in the raid, just ask for Tricks( http://www.wowhead.com/spell=57934 ) and Misdirections( http://www.wowhead.com/spell=34477 ). As a tank you should be only concerned about your survivability, I like to have 158 hit rating so all of my taunts hit(6% from gear, 8% glyph, 3% spriest/boom = 17%) other than that expertise/hit rating doesn't matter at all.

Just make sure you are keeping lacerate @ 5 and Mauling all your autoattacks, then Mangle, Swipe, FFF as you like.

Sejita,

Basically I am in the situation where I do not have access to the 258 belt or bracers from TOC and I am finding myself short on hit (below the ~263 melee hit level without geming or replacing with "undesireable gear"). I see that you are listed as having 218 hit though your posts says that you overall really only desire to have 158. Is your hit at 218 only related to the fact that the bracers are BiS or is there another reason behind the hit rating choice.

I understand the previous post based on the hit requirment for castable spells aka growl, FFF being 17% reached by 8% growl glyph with 3% S-priest = 11% so the 6% by gear is all that is needed to be spell capped.

Currently I have 155 hit with the Ashen ring and Reg mode Sack. Is it worth eating hit food and being set or do you recommend gemming a hit/stam gem or 2 and going that direction or another all together.

Finally as a side note..What raid food do you eat? If it is different per fight could you give me a short recount.

Thanks for your time and grats on the H mode kill and mount!

You guys said that you used a feral dps as the forth tank on Putricide, with a few changes to glyphs, spec etc.
But what exactly did he change?

I'm planning to do the same with my guild, but we want to lose as little dps as possible without risking a tank death.

@wjozw

If you check my armory here for talents etc.
http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Lightning%27s+Blade&cn=Xodan&gn=Paragon
For the first kill I changed 3/3 Feral Instinct to 3/3 Thick Hide and
4/5 Feral Aggression to 3/3 Protector of the Pack and 1/2 Nurturing Instinct in order to get maximum mitigation.

I also changed glyphs of Shred and Rip to Survival Instinct and Growling. Gearwise I replaced 258 DC with 258 Juggernaut's Vitality and changed to a tanking weapon during second transition.

Now with 10% buff you can probably make due with only talents changes and Glyph of Survival Instinct. Just pop Barkskin and Survival Instinct when the boss comes to melee range and when Barkskin drops pop Enrage if you got 4xT10. Survival Instinct lasts for the entire duration you'll have to tank it if you take 2 debuffs.

For Xaar

I've been seeing a lot of resto druids Sanguine Silk Robes (i277) over Vestmeants of Spruce and Fir (i264), its a Spirit and spell power upgrade, but a haste loss. Is it worth it?

Second is it worth meeting all socket bonuses, or is it better to just gem straight spell power?

@Lappe

Got a question about using Starfall on Blood Prince Council. I noticed you use it (something I never dare to do) and still you don't get any Shadow resonance dmg, meaning you didn't steal any Dark Nucleus from Sejta. So did actually Blizzard made the Dark Nucleus not hitable by Starfall (I know I can test it, but if I'm wrong => 1 needless wipe) or do you take some position far away from Sejta and only use Starfall when there's no Dark Nucleus around?

P.S. I noticed AoE dosn't affect the Dark Nucleus (as I tried collecting them with D&D on my DK), but I am unsere on how Starfall is treated, since on Fraction Champions and Saurfang it hits hard, even tho targets have reduced AoE dmg taken.

Hello Vortigen

In this case starfall (in its full effect) is considered as an aoe, meaning it wont hit Dark Nucleuses (though it hits kinetic bombs)

Yep, I noticed you did some dmg on the kinetics with it. Pure awesomeness. Tnx!

A couple of questions to the feral dps druids in Paragon:

1. Not having acces to loot from LK hm, I'm concerned about what weapon to use currently I'm using the hc version of Distant Land http://www.wowhead.com/item=50695 , but is Cryptmaker better with the hit + ArP?

2. And high are you valueing hit, since I see you're not hitcapped?

for Lappe,
with your weapon, is heroic nibelung proc more beneficial than say Frozen Bonespike and heroic Shadowsilk Spindle? in essence is the proc worth the loss of 2 spellpower, 118 crit and 68 haste (quick math, dont judge).
