Trying with no buff?

I think no-buff kill would've been pretty awesome to do on next reset, but 4 the Hoard and Ensidia both managed to kill LK. Personally, motivation to do that dropped down a lot.

I'm quite confident we could do a no-buff kill already. One of the issues is lacking an achievement for that. There's no extra flavor loot or anything else either. What it boils down to is just cba-factor reaching a critical point. It would definitely take a lot of wiping as well. Right now we raid ~2,5h every week and adding a few extra raid days for no real benefit (other than bragging rights) doesn't sound exactly enticing, unless a lot of members really want the kill.

i think that if blizzard want to make some last challenge before cataclysm,the only way it is creating the no buff achievement.
and you are maybe the only one at the moment able to do that.

That would require proof that all 25 removed the buff during the kill video. So we'd need 25 full length videos with something that stands out at a certain point that you could compare every video to to actually prove this.

Obviously, the buff (or no buff) to hit points or dps cannot be faked, I'm surprised no one mentioned it. And since the buff will get stronger over time, it will be easier and easier to see if it is a fake or not.

With 10% it would be tough to tell unless you had a few fights of 0% to look over - that were proven 0%. 10% is still around 1k dps for these top guilds (more, but yeah just for convenience). It will be rather easy when guilds are doing 20% +.

Anyways, I've removed the debuff before, and it was removed fro everyone in the raid and those who joined at a later time.

Tank HP would probably be the fastest way to double-check it, though i really don't see much merit in a buff-less kill, mostly for the same reasons zyn mentioned.

As you may know these WF kills have made u quite popular and u have alot of "fans" running around.

So Imo, make the 0 buff kill for the fanbois...u'll find a way to prove it.
