Power Auras

Hey I thought that is Power Auras. But could somebody please tell me how to configure it the way that it shows a missing buff on a raidmember? I just know how to configure it to show missing buffs on ME. Like Watershierl, haste Totem, Earthliving etc,

Check the box that says "Raid/Party or self".

I installed Grid_QuickHealth, but what happens is WoW starts terribly lagging when HP changes. Does somebody know anything about that problem?

how do you heal?
-only klick the one you like to heal and klick your Keyboard nr1?
-do you have mouse over makros?
-or do you have clique? :)
