Deva / Lazeil Hunter Assistance

Hi,

I was hoping one of you two could help me with my hunter. I feel I perform well but there is always room for improvement and I think if I get my logs analyzed from another hunter's eyes, you can maybe find something I am overlooking. I raid in a 10m so it's difficult for me to compare logs to another hunter, so I was hoping you could find something I can improve on.

This is the recent log of our first Heroic Elegon kill, I usually manage to get a top 200 rank on every fight I do. Infact, I usually get top 50, which is why I am extremely surprised I did so badly on Elegon. Some details about the fight, one of our dps failed their orb at 3 for the first set, so we only got to get 3 stacks of debuff off the first, then 5 off 2nd. I feel like I'm overlooking something, maybe one of you can give me some insight on where I can improve. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
