cooldown question for paragon's resto shamans

Hy all
Im using coolline as a cooldown tracker since it was born but now im thinking about new ways to track my cooldowns, because MoP added a loot of cooldowns for the resto shaman and coolline is becoming too filled with icons (ascendance, new totems, much more use of UE, the chainheal ccooldown and more).
Im wondering how you handle your cooldowns, in particular kahva (i think you use coolline like me) and if you made some changes for MoP.
Non-Paragon shamans suggestion are welcome too :)

Im not from paragon, but i use an addon called weakauras and use the dynamic grouping system to display my cds and such, and it will track anything for you as well.
