heya guys,
i finally got the hc rag neck, but im unsure if its better for sv hunters than teh vp neck. any ideas?

Yes it is BiS if you don't need hit rating for some reason, else use the neck from VP.

I'd go with cameo (the VP neck). Hit is the best secondary stat along with exp and if you're capped with hit, you can always reforge hit to crit. More items you have with hit/exp more easily to hit 769 rating = 7,5%. Using wowreforge.com it will give you better chance to hit your exact ratings hit and exp on 769. Therefore you lose no stats at all, if you reforge your gear couple ratings over hit and exp cap you will be loosing dps by doing that.
