Why some paladins who raid 10 man are reforging all to mastery? What is the best spec for a new paladin start on 10mans?

Mastery for 10man paladin is mostly for madness hc due to 20% haste most of the fight. On ultraxion mastery is ok too when solo healing. As for the spec for holy pallys good allround spec is 32/5/4

Just go for int > spi > haste > crit/mastery
