Correct. You can either pet swap just before tendon exposure or if you are confortable with your rotation, you can make the swap after you have used felstorm on tendon. The felstorm tactic is a little bit better but adds a bit more complication to the rotation.

Np for the complication, btw on tendon i use only immolate corruption and incinerate spam...

You should use doom (just be sure you use it early enough to get the tick through), Hand of Gul'dan and shadowflame as well + soulfire when decimation is up.

Yes of course i use HoG, but i never used doom and i used shadowflame a few times on tendon... i will now =)

Edit: Bane spec or improved corruption spec? Currently i use the Bane spec on Zon'ozz and Blackhorn

Improved corruption spec is better option but the difference is quite minimal. If you are looking for those small improvements, switch your meta glyph out and replace it with corruption glyph as meta glyph is completely useless for tendon dps.
