Mage Specs for PvE & PvP

I have recently started playing as a mage. I play both PvP and PvE, I would like you to tell me, what is the best spev for PvE? and what is best for PvP? Could you please also give me the appropriate talent builds.
and one last thing, what addons do you recommend?

The general consensus is that Fire does the best overall damage,
but Arcane has way better burst damage. So it depends on the
encounter which one is more useful.

and what is best for PvP?

It depends on your playing style. Arcane and Fire have more DPS
but less survivality than Frost.

Could you please also give me the appropriate talent builds.

Since you have just recently started as a mage then the builds
