Protection paladin stam or mastery?

Hey,I have a simple question,what shall I go for mastery or stam stack on my prot paladin i have seen some with stam and some with mastery but i am realy confused?

The key is to be CTC capped. If you have the CTC cap raidbuffed (5% + dodge% + parry% + block% = 102.4%), then you can go for more stamina. If you are below it, go for mastery. CTC cap is the most important stuff now for a prot paladin.
