Question regarding BiS

Does anyone have access to or know of a place where I could see a BiS list tweaked for those without Dragonwrath? With my current guild I won't be able to get my Dragonwrath.

Hi,

Use Lightning Rod from Hagara instead. Reforge for Hit > Crit > Haste > Mastery. The reforging will naturally bring you above 1505 haste, which is why I did not mention it above.
