Dragon Soul -Best spec ? arms xfury

I always played as Arms warrior but now I changed to fury TG. I have done the exactly rotation suggested but i Think my dps is low in comparison with other warrior, mainly arms, with similar item level.. I am 393 --> but my dps is about 28-31k. This is dps limit for my actual gear or arms are peforming better roles in Dragon Soul encounters ?

I got one log of Ultraxion 10 N fight; Should help ... no food buff.no flask
The rogue in top is low geared Lmao =/
