Hello, I've been interested in glyphs and talents when it comes to late ICC and I see that the resto druids in Paragon are running with Glyph of Rejuvenation instead of Glyph of Swiftmend.
I've been trying to understand but I'm still struggling since on Lich King everyone really needs to be at top health to limit the duration of Infest and such. Bottom line, is there ever a person in the raid who's below 50% during lich king fight unless Vile Spirits dont die before their impact?

I run with swiftmend most of the time, Anaram uses the rejuvenation glyph more often. The healing provided by the reju glyph isn't that huge, but then again, the benefit from a non-hot-consuming swiftmend appears bigger than it actually is.
I'd say it's largely a matter of personal preference. I suppose Anaram could better elaborate this, since he's in the "other camp" :P

Rite, first of all, good job and all that BS, counting on you guys having worked for where you are so there's no point in me telling you that you've done outstanding! :D (i did anyway)
I was just wondering, since i'm using trauma & my 4 piece i'm short on haste by a lot (so would i say) - so i was wondering if the 4 piece is really worth the numbers? as i'd say i could come damn close to haste cap on regrowth if i actually tried.
And second, I'm using glyph of Nourish, Swiftmend & Wild Growth. Since i'm doing 10 mans and we're a paladin short in 25 mans it's needed for me assist the tank healing, but once our paladin get up and running again i'd be swapping to Rapid Rejuv. instead of nourish, i just fear for the mana loss by doing so. As i'd be throwing a lot more Rejuvs around and i have yet not been lucky enough to attain my self dual solace (and i'm using Althor's Abacus with solace atm).
To recap :)
My actually question being, would it be worth it to keep the 4 piece (since the fix it's been doing me a lot more good) or should i give the hardcap a go, as it's fairly doable and i believe i'd be able to compensate for the loss of a jumping rejuv.
And is it actually worth the abacus vs. the mana regen, and last but not least, isent glyph of Rapid Rejuv making you spend a fuckload more mana?

Hi i have some problems my rake falling off randomly. Why is this happening? Tryed to search around the forums but found nothing I'm using ForteXorcist spell timer and it's updated so i doubt it's that.
And i cant refresh my rip cause a "more powerful spell is already activated" its falling off in 5 sec I'm sittong on 5 CP rake and mangle both has 3-4 sec left and Savarage roar is at 10+ sec. should i wait till both mangle and rake falls off then refresh rip and them or just refresh them with 5 cp and rip a little bit later?

The 4t10 bonus is very good. I don't have any numbers handy right now, but suffice to say that you don't really want to drop it for a few stat points. You already have a decent amount of haste, so if you can't comfortably get more, spec to 3/3 CF in balance. Shouldn't be too hard to find talent points for that, as you've opted to forgo revitalize.
As for your second question, in a word, no. Consider that in a 25-man raid, there is always going to be someone without a rejuvenation on, which means that you should never be idle during a normal fight if your mana allows it, with or without the glyph.
In 10-mans the glyph does necessitate casting rejuvenation more often, but consider the alternative; if you're not idling, you're casting some other spell that also costs mana. Rejuvenation isn't that expensive of a spell. Mana-wise, the only real effect comes from the option to pause when running without the glyph.
If you're having mana problems and come by the other solace, it's not a bad choice for regen to run with two of them. That trinket is so ridiculously overbudgeted that it's not even funny. If you don't really need the regen though, stick with more throughput.

We don't consider it optimal, but it ought to be doable, and probably not a major issue after the 10% buff comes out.

I have a question for Sejta, I am trying out many different specs for tanking and trying to work out the best spec for threat rotations, I was viewing your spec today and wondered if you think the 2/3 talents in Improved Mangle is essential for your threat or could you easily find a replacement talent?

At the moment threat shouldn't be an issue for any tank in raid environment and if it is then your rogues and hunters aren't doing enough tricks/misdirections.
For example we are using only one tank on the boss on Lady Deathwhisper hardmode, after I have 5stacks I don't do any threat at all, tricks&misdirections carry 100% of my threat and people can still continue to dps.
Now imagine some tricks&mds and tank doing the normal rotation = threat is irrelevant atm in the game. Maybe in heroics or 10mans without rogue or hunter at all, there might be need to actually make threat, but other than that its not an issue.
And to the spec issue, my spec is an all around spec for all encounters and I rely for a retri/prot paladin having vindication on my target, so no need for improved demo roar. At the end of the day your spec shouldn't really matter, if you are having threat problems changing your spec doesn't fix anything.

Question for Lappé.
I was wondering about the change towards Starfall and if it would be worth loosing glyph of Starfire/Moonfire for Glyph of focus.
Also another question would be that is it better to got for 1/3 Moonglow and 2/2 Imp moonfire.
Also do you know if Nibelung is worth it over MH+OH combo. And if it is at what point does it become worth it? Example: 264 MH +251 OH or 251+251 MH and OH.
Other then that I was wondering if you could take a look at my armoruy, shed some light onto my gear and give me a good estimate of my DPS in specific encounters.
