Survival spec/rotation

I have some question's about rotation & statts prio.
First about statts Prio. I'm wanne talk about Survival spec ofc.
When i was testing @ hc dummy i found out that if mine Matrix proc's mastery my dps is getting more boosted, then when Matrix trinket is proccing Crit.
Because of this i now have slightly more Mastery than Crit.
But what is your opinion about it??

Mine opinion at this moment is Agility>>8%hit>>747 Haste>>Mastery>>Crit

Than about Rotation.
Ofcourse we all know to hold huntersmark&serpent& black arrow up

But at this moment i'm doing this rotation

Explosive shot>>>Cobr ashot>>Arcane Shot>> Cobra shot>>Explosive shot>>>Cobra shot>> Arcane Shot >> Cobra Shot (repeat)

what is your general tought on all of these

You cannot use DPS on dummies for anything, at all.
