About the stance ''Dancing'', It is something I use as a Arms.
It consist to switch stances to upgrade the dps of Mortal Strike, Bladestorm, slam, colossus smash and execute by a further 5% while making sure you can use overpower and rend (Theyre only battle stançable. This is something you can accomplish with macros such as:
#showtooltip Overpower
/cast battle stance
/cast Overpower
#showtooltip mortal strike
/cast berserker stance
/cast mortal strike
All the macros follow the same build.
Personally I use them with almost all my rotation spells, but some say it is not necessary to put it on all (Rend, overpower and MOrtal strike and blade storm are more important for stance dancing thought)
And as for your question about what spec to get, i'd tell you to juste use what you love playing with.
